Greetings Family, Friends and Gracious Supporters of Heartland Homes,
The fall season has started, and with that we know another year will be ending soon. 2021 marks the 43rd year for Heartland Homes. We have experienced a lot of changes through the years and 2021 has been no different. We seem to have gotten back to a closer feel of “normal” but are not quite there completely. Our clients were able to get back to work, get out and about to experience the things they want to do in their lives. Our staff have been dedicated to the mission of Heartland Homes by providing services with the utmost professionalism, while struggling with the unfortunate employee shortage that our country is experiencing. We were unfortunately unable to have our Annual Turkey/Ham Fundraiser Dinner this year but stand optimistic that we will have one again in 2022. For those of you that graciously support us during our Annual Turkey Trot, we are pleased to announce that this event will be happening on Thanksgiving Day, November 25th 2021. We will be gathering in the lobby at Essentia/CHI St. Joseph’s Health. Registration will start now by contacting Heartland Homes by phone, 218-732-4572, Email: hhomes78@unitelc.com or day of event in the lobby starting at 9 a.m. The $25.00 donation gets you a chance to get some exercise, get a T-shirt, and help the Heartland Homes clients experience things that we sometimes take for granted. If you are unable to participate and would like to support, we would gladly accept any size donation. Hoping this newsletter finds you healthy, happy and enjoying life to the fullest.
